Wandering Around

There have been so many amazing sando shops and the pizza!  I try to work out and definitely do a lot of walking so we'll see how much I pack on.

This is the Ponte Vecchio.  The bridge where a bajillion jewelers show off their bling for major prices.  Apparently there used to be butchers and other food vendors but the landlord thought it made the bridge smell so he raised the rent and only let jewelers take them up.

This is the view from the middle of the Ponte Vecchio.  Guess I'm not the only tourist.  Good god.

It was a religious holiday on January 6th, with a live nativity scene in front of the Duomo.

Waiting in line for some good eats at Nerbone in the center market.  There are a bunch of little shops in this: butchers, cheese, bread, wine, pasta, produce, sweets, you name it!

So, Eva got a jug o vino... pretty pumped!

Took the bus to "The Mall." with all the designer outlets.  mad dumb lines for Tod's (really?)  and Gucci.  Good half off deals from the holiday though.

The heavens were smiling on all the good deals at the mall.

Mama got a brand new bag...
