Cooking Class in Firenze

We were lucky enough to have a cooking class at Giglio Cooking with the lovely Marcella as our guide.  That woman has some patience, I'll tell ya.  Here was our menu (made from scratch):

Pasta All'Uovo
Salsa Di Pomodoro
Involtini di Petto di Pollo alla Fiorentina con Spinaci
Cantuccini (Biscotti)

The food was amazing!  Doris still managed to put away an entire personal pizza when she got home, though.

Biscotti is done (and awesome)!  Probably ate 10 of them.  These ones have raisins because our classmate is allergic to nuts.
Food is finally done- after 3 hours!  Holy wow was it so tasty...
